We are Non Smoking.
Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac overlooking the lower moors.
Take a right and its a 7 minute walk to Hugh Town, with shops, restaurants,
public houses and three beaches. Then 2 minutes further brings you to
the harbour and boats to take you to the off-islands. Take a left and
its a 5 minute walk to the picturesque village of Old Town, with cafes
and art and craft studios.

on a coastal path which leads you directly to rugged
Peninnis Headland and its late 19th Century built Lighthouse.

The
famous Tresco Abbey Gardens are a 20 minute boat ride away.
We aim to provide a comfortable and unforgetable stay in a relaxed friendly
atmosphere where guests are welcome to come and go as they please.
Rooms are accessible from 12 noon. Departures must be made by 10:00. Guests
can check in at any time of day. If, you arrive prior to 12 noon your
bags can be left with us so that you can go off and use every precious
moment of your holiday. Again, bags can be left with us on departure if
you transport is not until the afternoon.
Room rates when booked by phone/email: £74 - £83 per
room per night including breakfast (based on 2 persons)
