	The Garden There are two areas around the bungalow where guests can sit out on a nice day or to rest weary legs at the end of a day of walking and sightseeing. One is at the front where two seats are available and another is at the rear of the bungalow where there is a table and chairs on our small decked area and a two seater bench on the lower grass area.
		Beating our garden by far is the opportunity to visit the very famous Tresco Abbey Gardens during your stay which is just a 20 minute boat ride away set in the private grounds of Tresco. St Mary's also has a very popular spot - a community garden called Carreg Dhu close to the centre of the island and mix this with a lovely walk through Holy Vale will brighten any garden enthusiasts day. All only 20-30 minutes walk from Colossus. Throughout the year the islands have many wonderful wild flowers to seek out and identify. Currently, I am gathering/building a digital database of photographs stored on the communal computer so that you can look up any wild flowers you have spotted and not been able to identify.
